Electric Vehicles

  • Can I charge my electric vehicle onsite?

    Electric vehicle charging is not permitted at the property and using any power outlets for this purpose is strictly prohibited.


    8 new Tesla Superchargers have recently been installed at Pokolbin Village, just a 4 minute drive from the property. 
    Alternatively, we recommend using nearby public charging stations, which can be easily located via apps such as PlugShare or Chargefox or contact the Hunter Valley Visitor Information Centre. 

Arrivals & Departures

  • How do I check-in?

    You’ll receive a text message two days prior to your arrival with your access code for the villa. As there is no reception office onsite, access is keyless and via self check-in. 

  • What are the check-in and check-out times? 

    Check-in: From 3pm (no early check-ins)
    Check-out: 10am

    As our team takes great care to ensure your villa is perfectly prepared for your stay, we’re unable to accommodate early arrivals. Check-in is from 3pm and we kindly ask that you plan your arrival accordingly.

Special Occasions

  • Weddings & Events

    Unfortunately we don't allow weddings or events to be hosted at the property. Our property is the ideal location for a relaxing retreat after your wedding, honeymoon, anniversary or a simple getaway. We aim to provide a quiet retreat and out of respect to other guests, we don't allow outside visitors. 

Visitors

  • Can I have visitors?

    We aim to provide a relaxing sanctuary for couples to escape to. For this reason we don’t allow any outside visitors out of respect to other guests. 

Cooking & Kitchen Facilities

  • What cooking and kitchen facilities do the Villas have?

    Each Villa has a bbq in your private outdoor courtyard. Inside the Villa there is a toaster, kettle, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, mini-fridge and dishwasher. 

    Don't feel like cooking? Contact us for local dining recommendations or check your emails for our local information letter. 

    Please note the Villas do not have any indoor cooking facilities. 

Photoshoots

  • Can I have a photoshoot for my brand or business at the property?

    Any commercial photoshoots must receive prior written approval from Casa La Vina before a photoshoot can take place. There are certain criteria which must be met before a photoshoot can be approved. Contact us directly to book or click here to book through Pure Locations. Photoshoots do not take place on dates where guests are present. Please note, this does not apply to guests staying in the Villas, please feel free to take photos of your holiday. We’d love to see your photos, tag us on Instagram!

Deliveries

  • Can you accept a delivery at the property before I arrive?

     

    Casa La Vina does not have a reception office for deliveries or early bag drop offs to be accepted. Please arrange your delivery for a time when you will be in your Villa.
